Eduard Abrahamyan Election of new Presidents in Armenian and Russia, upcoming presidential election in Azerbaijan and shift of leader in the White House will inevitably influence on foreign policy of many states. It’s especially vivid in the South Caucasus. Armenia’s relations with neighbors and world powers depend on the republic’s foreign policy. Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan Armenia is again in focus of the international community. The March 1 disorders provoked by the radical opposition and imposition of the emergency rule badly damaged the country’s international image. Processes concerning Armenia and its neighbors directly or indirectly, these being missile defense shield installation in Turkey, adoption of Azerbaijan-initiated resolution on Karabakh in the UN General Assembly.
